Reflection:
I feel like such a fatty, mom asked me if i had gained somewhere between 15-20lbs, dead on….i fear seeing auntie and bub so much tomorrow. ahh. Goal is to be sub 140 before going back to school, and then spending the rest of the summer losing 5lbs the healthy way.

May 16th- June 19th (33 Days)
1) Weight: Get to 140lbs
a. Never eat over 1000 calories, EVER.
b. Run 6 days a week, (or equivalent) at least 400 calories worth
c. Do lifting and abs routine at least three times a day
d. No soda or anything deep fried
e. Weigh yourself ONCE a week, every Wednesday.
f. Fast once a week
2) Personal
a. Wear retainer
b. Lotion twice a day
3) Arts:
a. Read at least 8 books
i. One non-fiction
ii. Read at least 45 minutes a day
b. Practice guitar/ukulele at least an hour a day (when applicable.
c. Make a tumblr post everyday
